I am a MSc in Computer Science at the University of Milano-Bicocca, where I also earned my Bachelor’s degree. My research in Biconnect was focused on active exploration and efficient mapping of complex environments, such as agricultural fields, using Deep Reinforcement Learning. Specifically, my goal was to develop autonomous agents that can strategically select viewpoints in order to maximize the expected information gain while minimizing the number of required observations.
