I hold a MSci in applied experimental psychology, with a focus mainly on HTI, interaction design, and user experience. I’ve worked on projects related to educational serious game design and human–AI interaction, especially focusing on how people perceive and engage with LLM-based chatbot technologies in both one-on-one and multiuser settings. I'm also interested in increasing AI literacy and supporting individuals in using these tools more effectively, while developing schemas to systematically analyze both user and LLM behavior. I'll begin my PhD at the University of Milano-Bicocca as part of the Multidisciplinary Industrial Doctorate on Strategic Innovation for Sustainable and Smart Ecosystems.
